Delivery Rates & Payment Incentives

  • Free Delivery on Orders PKR 2,000 & Above (Bank Transfer / Raast): Pay upfront via direct bank transfer or Raast to unlock 100% Free Shipping anywhere in Pakistan on any order of PKR 2,000 or more.

  • Standard Cash on Delivery (COD): For all standard Cash on Delivery orders, a flat delivery fee of PKR 300 applies nationwide.

  • High-Value COD Orders (PKR 6,500 & Above):

    Orders totaling PKR 6,500 and above qualify for Free Shipping. To confirm booking for high-value COD orders, a nominal advance deposit of PKR 500 is required prior to dispatch. The remaining balance will be collected in cash at your doorstep.

Order Verification & Dispatch

  • Cash on Delivery Verification: Every COD order is subject to a quick WhatsApp or phone verification before packing. Parcels are only dispatched once delivery details and contact numbers are confirmed.

  • Processing Time: Confirmed orders are processed and packaged within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or gazetted public holidays begin processing on the next working day.

  • Delivery Timeframe: Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days. Remote or rural destinations may require an additional 1–2 days.

  • Courier Delays: While our partnered couriers maintain prompt schedules, unexpected weather, national events, or courier hub backlogs may occasionally cause minor transit delays.

Once your parcel is booked with our courier partner, tracking details will be shared directly with you via SMS and WhatsApp. You can use this tracking number on our partner portal to monitor your shipment's progress in real time.
