1. General Conditions & Eligibility

By placing an order on Jewellery Drip, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age, or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
All personal details, delivery addresses, and phone numbers provided during checkout are accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion without prior notice.

2. Product Presentation, Plating & Care Disclaimer

Visual Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors, stones, and micro-gold finishes of our pieces accurately. However, actual colors may slightly vary depending on screen calibration, monitor settings, and photography lighting.
Fashion / Artificial Jewelry Disclaimer: Unless explicitly labeled otherwise, our products are premium artificial fashion jewelry (featuring micro-gold, rhodium, or protective coatings over environmental alloys). They are not made of solid precious metals (solid gold or fine silver).
Wear & Tear / Maintenance: The longevity of artificial jewelry depends entirely on customer handling. Jewellery Drip is not liable for discoloration, chipping, or tarnishing caused by exposure to water, sweat, perfumes, body oils, harsh chemicals, or improper storage. Customers are required to follow our Jewellery Care Guide.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms

Pricing: All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Direct Bank Transfer, and Raast.
Bank Transfer Verification: For customers selecting upfront Direct Bank Transfer or Raast, orders are processed only after proof of payment (transaction receipt screenshot) is verified by our team via our official WhatsApp channel (+92 349 0631759).

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Order Confirmation Policy

To maintain fair operations and prevent fraudulent bookings, all Cash on Delivery orders are subject to mandatory verification:

Verification Requirement: Placing an order on our site constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only after our support team verifies the address and intent via phone call or WhatsApp message.
Right to Cancel: Jewellery Drip reserves the right to automatically cancel any COD order if the customer does not respond to verification attempts within 48 hours, provides an invalid phone number, or has a documented history of refusing deliveries.
Commitment to Accept: Refusing parcels at the doorstep without a valid inspection or prior authorization costs independent businesses substantial non-refundable courier charges. Refusal without cause will result in blacklisting from future COD services on our store.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch Timelines: Confirmed orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery across Pakistan takes 3–5 working days depending on the destination city.
Third-Party Logistics: Deliveries are handled by licensed third-party courier services (e.g., PostEx, Trax, Leopards). Jewellery Drip is not held liable for delays caused by national holidays, severe weather, courier operational strikes, or local unrest once the tracking number has been issued.

6. Exchanges, Damages & Defective Items

Inspection Window: Customers must report any defective, damaged, or incorrect item within 48 hours of parcel receipt via our official WhatsApp (+92 349 0631759) or email.
Unboxing Proof: To claim compensation or an exchange for damaged-in-transit or missing items, customers may be asked to provide clear photo or video evidence of the parcel unboxing.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene standards, earrings and pierced items cannot be exchanged unless received in a damaged or defective state.
Exchanges: Items eligible for exchange must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging (including velvet pouches, rigid boxes, and insert cards).

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, product photography, editorial text, graphics, and branding assets on jewellerydrip.com are the exclusive property of Jewellery Drip. Unauthorized duplication, redistribution, or modification of any material for commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Jewellery Drip shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website, including allergic skin reactions to fashion jewelry base alloys or late courier deliveries beyond our reasonable control.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with your purchase shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
